Q.Can I order over the phone at your toll free number?

A. We will be glad to assist our customers with questions over the phone, and are happy to take telephone orders from the catalog or internet (call us toll-free at 866-514-1517). Feel free to contact us directly to place your order.

Q. Is the MilitaryBest.com site secure?

Q. Do you keep my credit card information on hand?

A. For security reasons all credit card numbers are purged from our system after 30 days. This includes internet and call in orders.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We will accept the return of most items for any reason, as long as they are returned in resellable condition within 30 days of the ship date. You will be credited the full amount of your purchase less the shipping cost.

Some store items are not returnable unless there is a material defect. This includes but is not limited to items that are made to order and that have design components specified by the customer (like color, personalized lettering, and size). Some items that we do not accept for return are custom embroidered caps and shirts, decals greater than 8 inches, or caps with eggs.

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

A. The majority of orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. In the event an item you ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items we have in stock, then ship the backordered item when our stock arrives. You will be advised of the status of each order as it works its way through our system.

Custom orders typically ship in 2-3 weeks depending on demand and season. For all custom orders you'll receive a email stating what the estimated ship time is.

Q. How long will my order take to get here once it has shipped?

First Class mail deliveries may take up to 7 business days for delivery.

Priority mail deliveries may take 2-5 days for delivery. All4U LLC cannot be responsible for lost orders thru the USPS.

UPS delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping plan (Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, Ground).

Q. Do you accept checks or money orders?

A. Yes we do! Please click the link below and print our check/money order form, and include it with your payment by mail.

You may also pay by check when you call in your order, but we reserve the right to hold off on shipping your items until payment has been received and any checks cleared.

Q. I have a really big head, will your caps fit me?

A. This question is asked often and we haven't found a head yet that doesn't fit our caps! Our 5 panel poly caps are made in the USA, fully adjustable and meet DOD standards. These poly caps are also available in a 6 panel low profile structure. These caps are adjustable and are considered "one size fits most". If you are unsure of the fit, we do have larger sized caps of the same material available. Please specify your need for a large ball cap in the comments section of your order.

Q.You don't have the patch I'm looking for, can you get it for me?

A. If you perform a search on our website search bar and your patch is not in the resultant data that is displayed as a result then we probably don't carry that particular patch. We encourage our customers to do a web search using www.google.com or www.bing.com and enter the exact name of the patch you are looking for. If there is a version of your patch available on the internet it most likely will show in the result set.

Q. I still can't find the squadron I need on my patches/pins/decals, could you produce them for me?

A. There is a good chance we could fulfill your order for a custom patch, pin, decal, or other item however, there are minimums typically of 100 or more depending on the product. Please email us with your name and any applicable information including picture attachments, at custompatch@militarybest.com, or call us toll-free at 866-514-1517.

Note that there are charges associated with time spent creating custom designs, and there might be minimum order qualifications before a new design is producable.

Q. I'm looking for real military caps and patches. Are your caps and patches the real thing?

A. They're as real as they can be. Our caps and patches are manufactured by one of the same manufacturers that supplies the military.

Q. I would like to know if your patches are 'sew-on' or 'iron-on'?

A. Most of our patches are considered 'sew-on'. Even if you receive one that appears to be an iron on patch you can also consider it a sew on. Regardless, we recommend utilizing a local seamstress for application of your patches.
